Shipping

Standard shipping

Orders placed before 6pm will be dispatched on the next working day. Orders are shipped using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service, allowing you to follow the progress of your delivery. Please note that a mobile phone number is required for delivery update messages, and will help us get in contact if there are any issues with your order. Standard shipping is charged at a flat rate of £3.50 on orders up to a value of £100. Free standard shipping is available on orders with a value over £100.

Eco-friendly packaging

We are committed to the use of plastic-free, recycled, and recyclable materials in our packaging - including shipping boxes, packing materials, packing tape, and shipping labels. We reuse all packaging from deliveries we receive, which can include plastic materials.

Returns

Before returning items to us, please email us at orders@fogstabletopgames.com to request a return. Once a return has been authorised, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your items. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unopened and unused, unless they are being returned due to a fault.

Unwanted items – guest checkout

Under the Distance Selling Act you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return unwanted items. We extend this period to 28 days. Refunds for returned items, including the cost of standard delivery if you paid for it, will be processed once the items have been received.

Unwanted items – registered users

If you are a registered user, you may return unwanted items for a refund up to 28 days and for account credit up to 3 months from receipt of your order.

If you registered an account on our online store and used your account when ordering the items you wish to return, we extend the return period from 28 days to 3 months. Refunds or account credit for retuned items, including the cost of standard delivery if you paid for it, will be processed once the items have been received.

Faulty items

Please check your items for any faults and contact us as soon as possible at orders@fogstabletopgames.com. We may be able to provide a replacement or refund without you having to return the faulty items to us. If you do need to return items due to a fault we will refund the return postage at our standard delivery rate.
